T.V Shows: Baby-Faced Beauty

Hi EVERYONE! FINALLY A KOREAN DRAMA HAS ARRIVED ! AND IT IS JUST AWESOME NO? i really liked this drama a lot and since i hardly watch korean drama now this one has to be awesome !

Baby Faced Beauty (Hangul: 동안미녀; Hanja: 童顏美女; RR: Dongan Minyeo) is a 2011 South Korean television series starring Jang Na-ra, Choi Daniel, Ryu Jin, and Kim Min-seo. The drama is about an aspiring 34-year-old fashion designer who fakes her age to get a job in a fashion company. 34-year-old So-young has lackluster education background (a mere high school degree) and bad credit history (due to her younger, spendthrift sister).

After getting fired from a fabric factory she worked at for 14 years, she has trouble finding a new job. When her younger sister, So-jin, rejects the offer of working at a fashion design company called "The Style", So-young decides to take her sister’s place by pretending to be 10 years younger.

Other than the specialty of turning ordinary materials into something special, her advantage is her babyface. In the workplace, she encounters Seung-il, the company president who eyes her with interest, and Jin-wook, a marketing director who falls in love with her without knowing that she is seven years older than him.

Some epic moments to trip on The plot in the beginning was silly, but as it continued, it became interesting, and worth the wait. The script is good too, and the screenplay adorable, though a bit cliché- might only be in my eyes, but I did expect most things to happen.This show is mostly meh. Harmless and potentially amusing, there’s cute chemistry with the romantic lead, but as you watch further , everything CHANGED!


Also, this drama is realistic in the way that Lee Soyoung gets punished for lying. She loses the trust of those around her and she loses her job. Her large lie does not go away easily – it stays with her for a while until she’s able to redeem herself.

In addition, I loved all the competitions that took place in this drama! They certainly left me curious about the outcome and what would happen. I enjoyed seeing the process of losing first but then coming back up stronger than ever and winning.

So this drama is highly recommended for those who loved fasion design :D as well as a little office romance LOL

O.O this is something different that we don't normally see on this blog! FINNALLY A ENGLISH SHOW AND IT"S WORTHY OF YOUR TIME ! Enough talk since this is gotna be sooooo awesome !
Game of Thrones is an American epic fantasy television drama series created for HBO by David Benioff and D. B. Weiss. It is an adaptation of A Song of Ice and Fire, George R. R. Martin's series of fantasy novels, the first of which is titled A Game of Thrones.

The Fantastic PLOT.
The series roughly follows the multiple storylines of the A Song of Ice and Fireseries. Set in the fictional Seven Kingdoms of Westeros, Game of Throneschronicles the violent dynastic struggles among the realm's noble families for control of the Iron Throne.The settings, characters and plot elements of the novels and the TV series are derived from a very broad range of periods in European history. 

A principal inspiration for the novels was the English War of the Roses (1455–85) between the houses of Lancaster and York, reflected in Martin's houses of Lannister and Stark. Most of Westeros, with its castles and knightly tournaments, is based on High Medieval Western Europe.....and many more historic things/feature to take note when you watch the show!

The first episode started VERY slowly, but it absolutely picked up, and it teased some really interesting conflicts to be explored in coming episodes. Though some of the visual cues will be very familiar to fans of "Lord of the Rings" or even "The Tudors" , Game of Thrones still stand out to be awesome! 

Also the costumes and scenery are spot on and really give the sense of gritty reality that permeates the show. Just when u think the impossible may not happen , in another split second another impossible thing just happened! Not to mention the episode opens dramatically and closes even more dramatically, finishing with lines of the entire Song of Ice and Fire series of books !

Hey ho we're back :D and this time it's a taiwanese drama (YAY!....korean drama lovers stay tune it's gotna come soooooon)
hehe so we're introducing Zhong ji yi jia (終極一家) , a comedy , Fantasy with superpower :D , exciting plot that leaves you guessing/wanting MORE!

annnnnnnnd *drum rolls* we give you ....

A little insight , this is a sequel from Zhong ji yi ban aka KO One aka 終極一班 , it is also another comedy drama but i feel that this one is better (to me) . There's also another MORE , zhong ji san guo ( which talks about the three kingdom period , historians fan should love that drama). And there's also zhong ji yi ban number 2 :D so get ready for your time to disappear :D

THE PLOT
Beside our own space and time, there are eleven other dimensions exist side by side with Mojie, a dimension where evil resides. And this story began in the Gold dimension where Da Dong and his gang lived and fought the dark forces from Mojie. After the gang lost all their powers in the last battle, Xiu travelled to other dimensions to find Da Dong's alternate self. His search led him to a boy named Xia Tian in the Iron dimension. The boy's incredible power is sealed away by a Fenglongtie on his neck. If he could harness the boy's power, the boy can save all the worlds from falling into the hands of Mojie.

i really recommended people to watch this drama , o and did i mention Fahrenheit is in it ( >.<). It has romance, suspense,very funny and IT"S AWESOME. So why are u still here, go watch it now.

The Amazing Plot

It's tells the story of this 4-man band.(When Heaven Burns), who was on their way to Xing Jiang , (China) , but was unfortunate and ending up in a heavy storm. This caused them to be stranded on TIan Shan Mountain.

While finding their way back , one of the members was injured , at that point of time they were running out of food supplies also, annnnnnd .....i left the rest for you to watch and find out but u could already guess what happen :D

Further more:
Angus, who is the ex-guitarist of the band, is an investment executive now, the husband of a rich lady.Joe, who is the ex- drummer of the band, choose to work for union activities , his ability also helped him attract many big company's attention.

Ronnie, who is also the-guitarist of the band, choose to immigrant to Canada and is an actuary now as well as a father of two children.

But WAIT where's the fourth member !?
Well as you watch the drama further , you would realised what happen to that band member as well as the things the other band members did in order to ???...hehe WATCH the drama to find out more :P

As for me:
I think this is a great drama to watch, it make us to think about ourselves on many questions on humanity, greedy and relationship with other people, which is very uncommon and different from other TV drama. It is also a story about the psychological struggles we face in life and those friendship, survival and choices we make.....Sooooo it's time to listen to the peaceful music in this blog as you reflect about your lives. (ok well maybe not but really this drama would amaze you !)

For all HongKong drama lovers ( we may do Taiwanese/Korean drama too :D) ,

The Astonishing Plot
Set in the late 1930s to late 1940s in Canton, Republic of China during World War II, No Regrets is an epic drama that centers on a triad family, the Canton police force, and the Japanese occupation of the city.

For history-lovers :D , This period drama follows the lives of fictional characters in the Chinese city of Canton between 1936 to 1949. With Wayne Lai portraying the righteous police officer Lau Sing and Sheren Tang portraying a goodwilled daughter of a triad boss holding a facade to save people. 

No Regrets includes some of the biggest issues and historical events during the time when the drama is set. It has a focus on opium, the drug that many Chinese people were addicted to at the time, supplied by notorious dealers. The police force were corrupt and feared the triads, and this is portrayed in the drama.

No regrets is a meaningful and agitated TV series . Every part of the series has a climax. The undying and unspoken love between the main leads touched me a lot and was very well received. I had been not watched TVB shows for years, No regrets supposed to be the best TV drama I ever seen recently.

The skills of the actors are perfect and you will amaze by them. The topic of the drama is fresh , not many HONGKONG drama dared to use such a cold topic. And you might surprise by the conflict between the two main characters. HAHA , the most interesting thing is , the bad guy you think might not be true. Besides, it is the only TV programme that earned me so much tears. If you want to watch it , please prepare tissue paper. ~~
